Sky Max Booster
Have had a Sky Max booster delivered as Wi-Fi not reaching the back of the house. I think I've paired it with the router correctly but can't find the right area to place it. The booster itself is very awkward to work with as my plug points are almost at floor level. I've tried it in several locations but how do you know it's working. It's a hit or a miss if my camera and my Hive hubs even get Wi-Fi it comes and goes. When the booster is plugged into a wall socket, does any light show on the front of the booster or should it stay unlit if it's connected. I'm an elderly lady and am pretty successful in dealing with modern technology, but this baffles me. Maybe a Sky engineer could make a visit and put this right. Sky keeps directing to "help" lines which don't answer my questions. I hope I can be helped from the Community.

Re: Sky Max Booster
The booster needs to be placed halfway between your hub and the room without a signal.
