Sky Hub is not connected to internet
Your service checker says that everything is fine but no devices are connected to Sky Hub and Sky Hub has a yellow internet light so there looks to be a problem with the outside line (sky fibre).

@ipad1-tommy How long after the internet light went amber did you run the service checker? If it is less than an hour it will not see the fault. Try again if it has been more than one hour.
