Sky Hub don't work

Sky Hub don't work  Half of my devices cannot connect to the router. And those devices that are connected don't work stably and periodically  disconnect. I had to replace Sky Hub with an ASUS RT-AX57. Now all devices connect. Please ask SKY to collect your Sky Hub. It is not working.

@Viktor1967 Does not work like that, the sky Forum is NOT Sky Customer Service, but would advise you to report that sky Hub as not working and get it replaced, at least you have a backup to connect! Sky only take back the Hub at the end off a contract when you leave them!

Thanks for the advice. But I don't know where to report it. The office gave me a phone number to report the problem, but I don't understand English well on the phone. And this method doesn't work for me.

@Viktor1967 The post below got number 4, click on it and you are in the chat time now, so you may be able to get a hub swapout if you do beleive it is faulty, it's probably ok but your superior Asus just let everything connect no problems! You only need a sky Hub if you have an issue on the connection as that is the only Hub that they can check so it will be insisted that it is connected back up!

I was in this chat. It didn't help. And recommended calling. I already wrote about the phone above. It's a vicious circle.  At first I wanted to just replace the Sky Hub because it wasn't working properly. But after trying to find contacts, I just want to cancel their service.

@Viktor1967 If you have just started with sky the 30day's no questions asked started as soon as you where connected, and if you want to go, OTS to another supplier they will take you and cancel the sky service, if you want you can also call sky and cancel, YOU have to call it is NOT an option to do so online! I don't understand English on the phone. It's like a person with hearing impairment. And you recommend that this person use the phone? Is this a method of bullying?

@Viktor1967 There is NO method of anything on the Forum, to cancel you need to call sky and talk with someone no other way to do it....
