Hi i had sky installed 9th of October a few days ago and city fibre put line in which was all good as I watched him check it. Soon as the router was switched on it went straight to flashing green light. I phoned sky and they said its an external issue so sent city fibre out again after me chasing it up for 5 hours on the phone and as suspected the fibre is fine. Now sky say it must be the hub so I was lead to believe I would receive a new one after another long phone call on Saturday but told it wouldn't arrive till this week to my annoyance as royal mail don't deliver at weekends. So I call yesterday (Sunday) to make sure they had placed an order for a new box only to be told there's no order because there's an IT problem with my account! I've no idea what the problem is a d neither do they from what I can tell. So ive no idea what's going on and it's very stressful with two young kids with no tv or Internet. I've been pushing every day to get this resolved but they can't sort it or put me through to a manager. I've just come from virgin after 10 years as they wouldn't do me a deal like new customers . Any one know a fix for my sky issue I'd really appreciate it.

@CA41 It is going to be a waiting game for you on that CF connection and it also looks like you have the sky Max hub attached to it, unfortunate you do not say new hub / old hub / was all working prior to the switch over / first time installed / new to sky so really no history for the Forum to go with, early call for you 8am onwards to see where it all stands now!

You have a cooling off period.... cancel now!! Believe me, this will likely be ongoing for weeks...
Read this forum and you'll see how many customers are having ongoing problems!
I was without internet for weeks, on and off. Couple of engineer visits, and two or three new hubs, until I finally gave up and went to a different provider.
