Sky Hub SR213

I have a Sky Hub SR213 and I have the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands blocked and I can't separate them. Does anyone have an idea what I can do?

It's not possible to unsynchronize the WiFi bands on a Max Hub: the settings in the My Sky app can be used to temporarily disable the 5Ghz band though.

Re: Sky Hub SR213

@Ioana78 What do you mean when you say you have them both blocked, you have no wireless wifi at all on the SR213 sky Max hub, ie you have turned them both off? If that is what you meant to do then that works, if not you have no choice but to reset them Factory Reset that hub to bring them back on!
