Sky Hub 4.2 speed at source

So broadband has always been good we have full fibre and never any issues.

However in the last week the speed even if close to the router has dropped to around 12mpbs (from our usual 200-300) at the hub.

The line in seems good and connected though neither router and speeds were the similar to our usual.

does this mean that the hub is worn, broken not working correctly and needs replacement or is it something else. The network runs on both frequencies

@WelshCottage when the hubs have issues the WiFi fails totally rather than slows down.  Assuming nothing new has been placed on or near the hub I would reboot the unit. If it still misbehaves give Sky a call

@WelshCottage I would add to the post above and reboot the ONT that it plugs into as well, let the ONT boot back up fully before restarting the router.
