Sky Hub 4.2 blocking apps on TV

Hello

I recently switched to a Sky Hub 4.2 from an old Sky Q Hub.

It is working and I have internet, but I have noticed it blocks the native BBC iplayer, Paramount TV, Apple TV apps (etc.) on my Samsung TV.

The same apps work ok on my Apple devices.

Its just my Samsung TV where the apps do not work. Sky works ok.

I setup my old Sky Q hub again and the apps on the TV work fine. The Sky Hub 4.2 seems to be blocking these apps.

Any ideas or suggestions anyone? 

I called Sky this afternoon and they said were not very helpful.
