Sky Glass TV is constantly freezing and voices are out of sync. Driving me mad as have to keep turning TV off and on, resetting the Hub. It's not good.

Run the Network test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app. To watch in UHD thst needs to be greater than 25Mb/s ideally over 35Mb/s.Many people need more than a basic Sky hub to achieve those spedds and either buy https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or use their own third party wifi solution.
There is an issue with lip dyncsome customers are experiencing I find changing the channel briefly or going back to the home menu sorts it for me.

The out of sync is a current known issue (see large thread on this page)
if you are experiencing freezing then that would suggest network issues see @Chrisee post above to check speed
