Sky Gigafast issue with speed

I upgraded to Sky Gigafast and it became active 20.04.26 but I've never had the full speed the highest I've has is around 90gb Sky are aware and said the issue was outside which was investigated and I got a text to say all is ok but still speed only about 90gb so spoken to Sky again and they said it was outside again and today I got a text to say it's inside but I've gone through the set up at least 4-5 times but I'm getting no where. 
I've now got a email to say I can leave if I want to!!!

I just want the speed I'm paying for 2 weeks in

Do you mean 90Mbs?

Yes sorry it's been doing my head in as I know I'm going to have to go through all the testing again to get no better service

Are you using the supplied ethernet cable between the ONT and the Hub?

 

Some cable will only support a maximum of 100Mbs
