Sky Gigafast+ Hub Gaming Issues

We recently got the new Sky Gigafast+ Hub (the white cylinder one) and since upgrading we're having issues with our gaming consoles connecting to it. The PS5 won't connect at all (it times out trying to obtain an IP address). The Xboxes will connect but have a strict NAT type, and the Switch 2 is stuck on NAT type B. The main reason we upgraded was for more reliable connections to the consoles, can anyone help resolve these issues?

@JonE28 if you have multiple gaming rigs you are best advised to buy a third party gaming router as apart from possibly better WiFi cobversge it will be better able to handle multiple gaming streams simulteanously.

If tiu decide to stuch with Sky hub then call Sky abd request an extender to imprive WiFi coversge. However as any keen gamer will tell you WiFi is far from ideal due to its vulnerability to interference and thus packet loss, Diect Ethernet is always the best solution.

Unfortunately the Gigafast+ Hub isn't in widespread use and there's very little experience of it in the forum so far.
