Sky Full Fibre Gigafast WiFi - poor quality

Hello - I'm looking for help with Sky Full Fibre Gigafast with the sky max hub. We've a few devices connected ( cameras, thermostat, phones etc) but my daughter can't connect her PS4 due to 'poor signal'. We've got 2 extenders downstairs and the router upstairs (where she is). She's about 12ft away from the router. Any advice?

@Grins Have you looked at the Max help for connecting older devices, and the PS4 although not that old does fall into the category off devices, you may wish to if you have not done so look at pegging back the WPA mode. see the link below. PS4 may be best to drop down and use the 2.4Ghz band, may not like the 5Ghz if the Max is working way up the frequency range.

PS4 also supports Ethernet cable, so look to see that will be the best way to connect it for sure!

Sky Max change settings link.
