Sky Full Fibre 150

I have ordered Sky Full Fibre 150 for my home and the activation date is tomorrow. In the instruction manual that Sky has sent me it shows that the internet box has a 'fibre cable' connected to it. We don't have that on our openreach box. We had internet but eventually got rid of it for a while due to circumstances. Was I supposed to have a fibre cable?

Hi @Jordan66 

For full fibre you should have a fibre cable entering your home, separate from the older copper cable. It should terminate in a white Openreach box on your wall in which your Sky hub connects to. Did you have a white Openreach ONT on your wall at any point?

Yeah, got one of them. Am I okay then. Sorry for not knowing much about cables and boxes and all that?

@Jordan66 You should be good to go then. Sky should have sent you an ethernet cable which connects your white Openreach ONT box on the wall, to your Sky hub.

Thank you for your help. You've helped calmed my nerves a little bit. Just need to wait till tomorrow till it gets activated.
