Sky Fibre Router orange voice light

Hi I can see that my issue has been asked before but I can see no resolution.

 

I have recently had Sky Fibre installed, it ran fine for a couple of weeks but now every 5 days or so the orange voice light comes on and I cannot connect to the internet, I have tried leaving it but it doesnt resolve itself.

 

So now, I have to manually reboot the router which clears the issue for 5 days or so and then the same issue happens again,. My main concern is that as I have to physically restart the router for the short term fix what can I do when I am on holiday and my security cameras etc are disabled, I am without any means to get it back on.

 

No idea what this means for my insurance if I am god forbid burgled etc but I definitely need this remedying asap.
