Sky Engineer no show
Ordered an upgrade from FTTC to FTTP.
Install was supposed to be today on the 16th. (Hub was delivered today by DPD)
Engineer did not show up, no communication at all and neither received the promissed sms messages.
Weirdly there are two visits of an engineer showing up in the order tracking:

Activation was also planned for today.
I had to take a day off for this, utterly wasted.
I can understand that things go wrong on occasion but the lack of communication and the information in the order tracking are poor (to put it mildly).
