Hi Sky experts
I am having this issue today and I feel like someof the other posts today may have the same problem. The problems seems to be DNS related. The symptoms being that the router appears fine but a number of the household devices connected to the wifi do not have internet connectivity.
When I invistigated further I disocvered that if you update the DNS config on a broken device to also use the google DNS servers at 8.8.8.8 then instantly the device is fixed. This tells me that the default DNS address that the hub is providing is bad.
Some devices like Amazon Alexa still work but I think that is because their internal config specifies specific DNS.
Just wondering if any Sky support people are on and can confirm this? Oh and in the hub config it appears to be using this DNS server : fddf:c26f:287a:0000:9221:06ff:fe85:65b0
