About a month ago I told Sky I wanted to stop having a landline through BT and have all my services through them. Yes, sure, no problem they said. They were going to contact BT get the landline cancelled and start me up on Broaband essential. Yes, I said like an idiot, go ahead. I thought everything was fine. But no. BT are still charging me and haven't cancelled anything. I have called Sky twice now about this and every time they say open reach rejected the request and they'll look into this. I was promised a call back either Sunday or today. Obviously that didn't happen. Today, no promise of anything, just "we'll look into it". In the meantime BT are charging me a fortune. Advice?
