My Ultrafast Plus has gone down completely ☹️
Rebooting the router hasn't helped.
Last time this happened was when we had really bad weather last month, and loads of people nationwide were reporting issues on this forum, so I'm wondering if it's due to the latest storm?

This work is essential so occasionally you will lose connection in the early hours as this incoveniences the fewest users.. Normally the service is restored before 6am.
