I had sky broadband installed about 1 week ago (after a 2 Month wait!) the broadband shield wont work.
I can get it switched on via a telephone call, but it's either on or off. And I have to phone up every time I want to change it.
The error message states 'we're sorry, something went wrong' Try again. - I've tried a range of devices, logging in, out, resetting the router etc.
I need the functionality to enable it to be on for my children, and restrict adult and inappropriate content, but not restrict basic social media etc.
Does anyone know if sky is trying to sort out this problem?
I spoke to Sky - they offered me wifi max.Which seems odd given that the basic broadband shield does not work.
