Hello folks,

My in contract discount and some other discount ended this month with no warning whatsoever so I went and spoke tot he robot in chat and was told that I was being upgraded to Sky Max Fibre, so I clicked on the link and all I got was PAGE NOT FOUND.

Any help or tips on how to deal with this? Please. Thank you. 🙂

I think that would be the 1Gbps equivalent in Ireland? What speeds did it say you will get?

If you are in Ireland its always better to contact sky ireland directly

'Sky Fibre Max' typically isn't a product any more: that was branding for the FTTC service now sold as 'Superfast'.

Sky in Ireland has an 'Ultrafast Max' which in the UK is 'Gigafast'

In ROI Sky ultrafast max is the equivalent to sky gigafast

Re: Sky Broadband Max Fibre

That's weird!

Why do people think I'm in Ireland? I'm in England.

Why would the sky robot say I'm being upgraded to a product that is extinct?

Probably because its responses have been populated from out-of-date text.  'Superfast' is the most likely product.
