Sky Broadband Keeps dropping Out

Hi,

 

I have Sky broadband, with Sky Q and mini box set up.

 

For the last week my sky broadband conection to the router keeps dropping out for 1-2 mins then reconects.   However, the mini box then needs reactivity every time this happends.   It is getting worst over the last couple of days.

 

I am not technically minded any advice gratefully recieved.

 

I have jsut spent the last hour trying to find a telephone number to speak to anyone at Sky - no success at all!

@Richard+Levi it sounds like your Sky hub maybe faulty.Next time you lose connection look at the hub if the lights go out and come back on one by one that indicates the hub is rebooting on its own which indicates a fault.if tgst applies call Sky to get it swapped out.
