Sky Broadband Engineer

The fibre cable in my ONT box was broken on Friday night. I have been trying to book an engineer since to no avail, despite 3 phone calls lasting over an hour. Can someone advise me on how to sort this out.

If you run this line test and it detects this break does it allow you to book an engineer repair:

No. It books one and then cancels the appointment.

The cable break is internal as the ONT was disturbed on the wall; the fault isn't outside the house.
