Sky Broadband Buddy can’t login

Hi, please can I have an update on my issue?   I had hoped that the chat I had last week may have helped to resolve the issue but I have had no progress update since then and still cannot access Broadband Buddy which is part of a service I am paying for.  Thanks.

I am trying to download on my iphone and set up Broadband Buddy, but it isnt allowing me.

Ive been a sky member for 8 years, but wasnt aware of the buddy app, and would really like to use this to restrict my internet at night due to children constantly using.

Its saying I should of downloaded by May 2022 but wasnt aware of the product.

And now saying I'm on the wrong package, yet i have sky glass and broadband.

Please advise.
