I've reset my router and sky box and still can't connect the box to the router. Followed the process and no luck.
I've read I should have a network reset in my settings but I don't have that option

So the sky expert sorted it out for me yesterday and has been working fine all day but it's happened again and I can't connect the router and box.
can you refer me again to a sky expert so I can get this sorted.
