Sky Application issue

Broadband box i received yesterday but im not able get login in the application and I dont know about my sky id number. 

Please let me know if is it possible to resolve.

Just received delivery update, and automated mail which simply says thank you for choosing Sky. 

28th instalation engineer also going to visit but still im struggling to get update and 12 digit costumer number.

@Vishnu2 And that is the date you get the account number on Installation system is activated and your hub is seen to be online and connected not because you got the Hub now!

Yes today instalation going on and lets see im next 1-2 hr
