Hey. My Siro box has no power. All the leds are off. Checked the power cable and all is secure. Pushed the power button on and off on the box. Still nothing.
All other devices have power. O don't think resetting it with a paper clip will work if it's doesn't have any power.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAside from checking there's definitely power to the socket (using a lamp or similar) there's nothing you can do other than logging a fault with Sky and arranging for despatch or delivery of a new ONT.
