So we had Fibre installed a few weeks back, and since then the speed on our broadband have been absolutely shocking. is there anyway of speaking to a person in sky about this or is it all robots ??

@SSAL70 Dial 150 on your sky Talk landline, it is all automated to start with but once you pass the security and hold on the next available agent will pick up the call, time is variable so it's a hold on until you get there!
