Signal on 3rd floor
I'm getting a very poor signal on our 3rd floor ( sons room with x box etc) & when we're out in the garden, our router is in the hallway away from objects & in the open , do I need a booster?

Re: Signal on 3rd floor
@Doodlepops0666 short answer is yes you need a booster. Sky wont guarantee coverage outside the property but an extender on the middle floor landing is sensible they should provide one if you buy their WiFi Max add-on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
