Signal dropping out

Over many weeks my signal freezes while I'm watching certain TV channels and also YouTube. When I go to installation my signal is half as strong as other signals in homes around me. Can you please help me as this is denying me from watching my favourite channels.

Spoke to SKY customer services who said someone would call me on Friday (yesterday).

Made sure not to go out anywhere so I could be accessible. Did not recieve a call so now not sure what I should do.

They said they would send me a new router as it would appear mine may be faulty. 

I'll wait to see if anything happens today!
