Hello, I moved here in April 2021 and I believe I've been paying for broadband since I've been here and the service has been so bad it's disgusting. So when I've meant to have a high service and I've haven't had it. Im now on universal credit. I'm not happy paying paying more and I'm not use to it.

@frost1973 what have Sky said when you contacted them to complain that the service has not been good ?

They just told me everything on there end seams fine. But just lately the have told me that there not got a link to my sky Q they wasn't get anything back so we changed route. And no change again I've had two engineers here now then in the end we found out why. It's to do with the phone line is old and haven't had a grey box thing fitted. So I'm a nut shell I've had to pay more on my broadband and now we arre on fiber thing. We are on universal credit but my daughter is at city college and need the broadband. So it's important to her to have a better service for her so we have been paying extra with no charge at all

Important to note though that while this is a cheaper product, it's also potentially a slower one.
