Showing wifi signal strong but phone.not connecting

My hub is running as should be i have booster in middle.floor and one on top floor both boosters connected to each other and to hub but i phone shows connected but wifi signal not coming

I currently have a flashing green light but all app tests are showing everything is fine 😕

@md+aris & @nicjayne1985 at the time you bothposted it is probably caused by essential overnight maintenance affecting your lines. If that was the cause your connection will be back this morning.
