Hi can anyone help me I've just had my hub delivered and connected I've had the WiFi add on for all rooms and not had any boosters delivered do they come separately I've now got no WiFi in 4 rooms
You won't get any automatically, you have to request them. If you need more than one they send an engineer to test for dead spots and find the best locations.
@Andyg31 as @splatto explains, even to get your very 1st one you need to call sky, go through all the hoops and testing then also the same for number's 2/3 but with an Engineer in tow as to why all 3 are needed! Hopefully they don't ask you to wait the 10 day's especially if you have had a previous system and KNOW that additional is required for operation...
