Hello, I moved from Virgin to Sky in mid-June, so just over a month ago, but have had problems with the sound dipping out, the picture freezing and with complete loss of both for seconds at a time - when it the programme is restored, the last few seconds are repeated!
Sky has offered me a free broadband upgrade, but I'm also concerned that the issue could be with the way in which GTC led new cabling into our building last year - Openreach were onsite here repeatedly over the 10 days or so before my switch was actioned, on 11 June, and after extensive work both to the cable terminal box and by digging up the pavement, that there was a fault with how GTC had led the cabling into the building.
Should I accept the Sky offer, or push for further examination of the GTC work?
