Short connector for hub
I have only one telephone point in a house with very thick walls. The connecting cable is so short that I cannot get the hub positioned high by the window and this improve the signal. Are there longer cables?

Re: Short connector for hub
@LaurenceE you can find suitable cables very easily at most any hardware store or online. If you have a partial fibre service delivered through a master phone socket you need what is usally described as a DSL cable fitted with rj11 connectors stay below 10m and you should not lose speed. Full fibre services use standard Ethernet cables to link the ONT unit to the hub these have rj45 connecters..
