Shockingly slow speed

Last 6 days my Internet speed has dropped from 31 mbps to around 2-3mbps have tried service checker no fault on the line, says slow speed have tried rebooting, everything

I have had the same for a few days as well but sky just say it's normal 

it's been getting worse and speed guarrentee means nothing

Yep mines dipped below 2 now. Its like the good old days before broadband.
