Just 2 weeks into sky broadband and it's dropping out consistently and is shockingly slow!! Help
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
@Malvern22 check that there isnt an issue with the speed to your hub by running the service checker in the My Sky app if there isnt then the issue is likely to be poor WiFi in your home. If that is the issue Sky sell an add-on which can provide boosters see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
