Re: Shield settings problem

As sky telephone number is harder to find than a needle in a heystack, I googled it and dialled the number that was provided.

@Jusna

Why not? Are you getting an error, if so what does it say?

@KaractacusIf you are the main account holder then log in on my account, go to the broadband & talk tab you will find broadband shield, this can be either set to 18 or switched off which ever works best.

Re: Shield settings problem

I have the same issue. When connecting from iPhones and Ipads several apps and websites do not load. If I disable the sky shield or use 4G it all works fine
