Severe wifi drop

Hello, I am experiencing massive Wi-Fi lag and drops while using my PS5, so much so online play is impossible. I have a sky router connected wirelessly to sky Q box, sky Q mini in the top floor of the house and ps5 connected wirelessly. Connecting via Ethernet isn't easily and would be a lost resort.

Here are the router stats

That's very good FTTC, so the issue isn't there.

Gaming through a Q Mini hotspot would be very undesirable though.

Re: Severe wifi drop

Can I just unplug the mini box from the power to test if there's any improvement? Or do I need to wipe it totally from the network?

Unplugging it would mean you'd know you are connecting to either the main Q box or the Sky Hub.

Re: Severe wifi drop

Does the main sky box act as a repeater of sorts then?

if so can I connect via Ethernet to my PS5???

All Sky Q gear acts as a repeater/booster so its quite possible your connection is going from Router > Sky Q box > Sky Q mini box > PS5. Try temporarily unplugging all your Sky Q gear and see what the connection is like .
