Severe Peak-Time Routing Latency Spikes on Core Node (2.120.15.107)

Hi, I am experiencing severe latency spikes on my wired Ethernet connection during evening peak hours (hitting heavily right now around 7:00 PM).

I have fully verified my local network: pings to my gateway router (192.168.0.1) remain completely stable at <1ms. However, external traffic instantly spikes over 140ms.+

A traceroute confirms the bottleneck occurs immediately at Hop 3 within Sky's internal network at IP 2.120.15.107 and carries through the rest of the route. Gaming VPNs like ExitLag fail to bypass this as the bottleneck is right at the edge of the Sky network. Can a forum community manager please escalate this traceroute data to the Tier 2 Network Engineering team to check for capacity issues or faults on this specific node? Thanks.

EXACTLY the same problem here. My unifi kit picked up the issue starting around 3am this morning. High packet loss and higher ping to a wide range of networks. 1.1.1.1 included

I bet you see the same as me. Run a ping to 1.0.0.1 the the hops are much shorter and get out of the sky network.
Your latency to 1.0.0.1 will be also much lower
