We received the sky broadband router, coming from Virgin media (+before that, BT), but our open reach box doesn't contain a space for a DSL cable, only an Ethernet.

It doesnt look like your ONT has a power cable connected to it. Was this just for the photo or does it not have one?

Re: Setting up - no DSL
@LD1996 What did you order from sky as a package, are you expecting to connect back to a DSL fttc connection on a OR Master socket? Pictures take time to clear for viewing.
You sure have a fibre ont so only RJ45 lan connection on it to the Lan4 of the sky hub, take it you have a power adapter for the ONT as it is missing in your picture!

Re: Setting up - no DSL
Hi
This is the first thing we tried, as it's in the instructions, but receiving error messages with instructions to simplify the connection and a "let's try to connect", which then doesn't work.
Appreciate the help 🙂

Re: Setting up - no DSL
This helped, you're right it wasn't plugged in, managed to find a cable for an old charger and it worked after that.
thanks!
