Set up sky streaming and it keeps freezing and losing sound
We have activated sky stream today. We have the best broadband sky have (they tell me) and we are watching a film that keeps freezing g it losing sound

@Most likely issue is the Stream puck is getting insufficent signal from the hub. You can check the WiFi signal in the Network settings. Its a false assumption that having fast internet connection at the hub means you will have fast wifi through out your home. A lot depends on the layout and type of construction of your home.
Check that you haven't got the puck in a place which blocks the WiFi make sure both are out in the open on a surface. A lot of people tuck the pucks behing wall mounted TVs which honestly is very bad idea. If yiu can't sort it you are going to need to get a booster or similar.
