@Aberdon this oage indicates what the lights on the hub mean https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start assuming the internet light is green your hub is connected. With the password be very careful you are reading it correctly not misreading an 0 for an O which is very easy to do or a 1 for an I or vice versa.
