Hi. We've moved house and just set up an account with Sky broadband. I've had a text to notify that it's set up but there seems to be connection issues. The red light is showing and WiFi won't connect.
I've gone through all the help steps and reset etc etc but it's still not working. Any advice appreciated! Our set up is directly into the phone line (purple into the sky box and white into phone line) thanks!
