Set up charge for existing customer

Can someone please explain why, as an existing customer who already pays over £200 a month to sky for TV and mobiles, I have to pay a £20 fee if I want to add broadband!!! If I'm not with sky it's free. Absolute joke

@philww40  Are you doing this via the website and not calling Sky to sort out your broadband?
