Service checker hasn’t updated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

My broadband service checker on the Sky app hasn't updated since May 3rd. I'm only checking as I'm within my first month of a speed upgrade so would be interesting to know how it's averaging out. Any idea how I'd get this rectified. Thx 🙏

Doesn't appear to be any settings available for that, mine seems to check every 1-3 days although some may have been made manually by myself. Can you not just do that yourself? My app version is 10.10.0 on Android BTW.

Yes I can do it, but it seems to have always done it automatically every day in the past. I thought so Sky could ensure your are getting guaranteed speed.

The router will definitely do that but I'm not sure if it gets reported to the MySky app, I do have my WiFI on the phone permanently turned on, not sure if that would make a difference though?
