Service broadband speed

I'm only getting 4/5 mgb through the old system.  Can this be changed to fibre asap please.  As I'm losing connection nearly everyday.  It it very frustrating.  And I'm considering leaving sky altogether, if this issue can't be sorted out.
i would really like for someone to call me to discuss, how we can sort my issue out.

kind regards.

If there's FTTP infrastructure in your area as part of the national network rollout, then yes, otherwise you'll have to wait.

In the absence of FTTP deployment, no ISP can offer it.

That won't happen: Sky doesn't do outbound calling in response to forum posts.

@Stuart149

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
