STILL BROKEN
for the last week we have had no broadband or wifi, engineer came thursday, said he had fixed it, we went away for the weekend and it's not working again. is there an email address to contact sky ob

There is no email address so try running this line test because if a fault is found is should allow you to book an engineer repair:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Sky don't use email for general communication or fault reporting. Give Sky another call if necessary.

where can i find the helpline number for assistance/ complaints? i have looked all over the app and can't see it anywhere
