SKY Q boxes x2 not finding router

Our 2 tv sky q boxes will not find our router 

 

we have tv and recordings but no apps as it says it will not find router

 

i have reset all aprt from apps on the tv as it says it can be done at this moment (tried 5 times)

@Paul921 what colour Sky hub do you have annd how far is the main Q box from it?
