here is what happened with me 

connection day was 26th March 

Openreach team came and set up the system but when i tried to connect there was no connectivity tried to reset it place it at different positions but nothing i called them and they sent an engineer on the 1st of April to resolve my issue luckily. Engineer tried another router but he came to the conclusion that nothing is wrong inside problem is outside in the network and he is gonna leave notes all i have to do is call SKY after some time i called SKY after 5 hours and surprisingly no notes left what unprofessional people seriously well i explained it to the customer service and they also put notes and told me to hear back from openreach in 72 hours well in less then 24 hours i got a message from SKY that problem solved lols its still there i dont know all the people who are commenting here [removed]

GUYS i regret shifting from virgin media this SKY [removed] i cant rate it i wish there was some scale still i have no internet connection.

@DanishNiazi while your experience is poor it is not normal or in anyway a common experience. Where a line is either new or has not been used for sometime there can be issues. Unlike Virgin Sky do not own the network they use instead it is owned and opertated by Openreach. This split can cause issues but these will be sorted and you should be due compensation see  Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

Whether you choose to accept it forum members including the forum superusers are customers like yourself. Of course I could just be a bot telling you to believe the lie but logically is that likely given the forum has been ooerating for over 10 years?
