SKY INTERNET IS RUBBISH

I'm absolutely fed up with sky! fuming!

the minute the guy left after setting up this wonderful fibre connection it was running at lightening fast speeds! great! in my conservatory at the back end of the house!...But low and behold its no surprise at all that I come back to it an hour later and its only going 6mps no matter what I do. Unplug. Re plug. Have this computer as only thing connected. Ive done it all. Its still slow. And dont tell me its my house and the wi fi as why would it have worked so well at first? and no I've not connected other devices since. Or dont tell me its a teething problem. Because I've done my research and I KNOW ITS NOT. [removed] EVERYTHING YOU DO GOES WRONG AND I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR NEARLY @ DECADES WITH YOU. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME SOMETHING THAT WORKS?????!!!!???????? [removed]

@FedUpMcGee without seeing the system it is impossible to more than guess as to the cause as it does from your post sound bad.. Call Sky and complain you have a month to cancel without any cost under Sky's cooling off period. Forum members are customers like yourself.

 

Quite why you chose Sky for your new service if you hsve had such a negstive past experience is curious given the large number of other ISPs you could have chosen.
