SKY FULL FIBER: UNSTABLE SLOW CONNECTION, DROPPING OUT!
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! SKY FULL FIBER IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. THE SPEED KEEPS DROPPING, LOSING CONNECTION COMPLETELY WHEN THERE'S A LOAD ON THE CONNECTION. IT'S SO UNSTABLE AND WEAK THAT IT RUNS ROUGH AS HELL. I CAN'T EVEN LOAD A WEBPAGE PROPERLY SOMETIMES, CAUSING THE PAGE TO TIME OUT. THEN I HAVE TO REFRESH AND WAIT FOR THINGS TO LOAD. I CAN'T GET ANY WORK DONE, AND THIS HAPPENS CONSTANTLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY. IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING. I AM CONSIDERING GOING WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER IF THIS KEEPS UP; IT'S TERRIBLE.

Re: SKY FULL FIBER: UNSTABLE SLOW CONNECTION, DROPPING OUT!
@MUFFCAT not to minimise your concerns but posting in caps is considred shouting and you are addressing other Skky customers not Sky.
What investigations have you done? Have you established whether it is the broadband connection yonthe hub thst is hhe problem or WiFi connections from the hub to your devices? You can easily check the former by runing ghe service checker in the My Sky app as it is tested daily. If yhst is out of range the app should offer support.
Assuming that is not the issue it is likely to be a WiFi coverage issues. Sky have very limited control over WiFi speeds as they are determined by the layout of your home and how it is built. Older homes with solid walls present particukar issues. For most cases cases, having multiple WiFi sources is the answer. However check that the hub is in the best pisition which is out in the open on a surface off the floor away from other eireless kit. After that you are into getting extenders. Sky will supply you with up to 3 if you psy for their WiFi Max psckage. Alternatively, like many other people you can buy your own WiFi kit and use that.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
